SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and handling charges vary based on your purchase. Exact pricing for shipping costs will either be displayed directly on the product page and can be calculated by our website prior to checkout. Simply click on the "Calculate Shipping" while on the Shopping Cart page before check-out to know your exact shipping costs.

All Products are made and shipped out within 24-48hrs for all regular orders and 4-Days for all other orders made under promotions/coupons/daily deals or vouchers. We will in every case, make our best efforts to deliver your product in the time frame chosen by you during checkout but we have no control over any delays which may be caused by the shipping courier. All Shipping is done using Canada Post or USPS.

Typical delivery times are:

Regular Mail (Limited Tracking):
Canada = 4-10 days delivery
USA = 4-10 days  delivery
International = 2-3 weeks delivery

Expedited Mail/Priority Mail:
Canada = 1-5 days delivery
USA = 3-7 days delivery
International = 15-20 days delivery

Xpresspost Mail/ USPS Priority Express Mail:
Canada = 1-2 business days delivery
USA = 2-3 business days delivery
International = 7-10 business days delivery

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone at 1-587-333-9417 or use our contact us link and submit an online form why your not satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Deliveries to Canada/USA can take as long as 15 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security on expedited or xpress mail, a delivery receipt/proof of name may be asked from you by the delivery company or courier. If the product has still not been delivered after 45 days of purchase date, the customer is entitled to a new product or a refund of the purchase in full.

SUMMARY ON PRODUCT ERRORS:

If we make a mistake: We will ship you a new item at no cost to you and you may keep the errored item as a sample.

If you made the mistake: We will create a new item and give you a 50% discount on your corrected purchase. We ask you to kindly ship us back the errored item but you may keep it as a sample.

 

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers. For each individual order, we select a shipping method that will provide both value and speedy delivery. All shipping methods are handled by Canada Post in Canada and USPS in the USA. Please note that customers outside Canada/USA shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges by their country of origin.
